| Task Identification |
|
| The work process will be initiated by the respective client Team leads / Task owner of the client along with an Omniscient onsite coordinator who will coordinate and detail the tasks. |

| Effort Estimation |
|
| Once a project has been identified for outsourcing, detailed information regarding the requirements will be provided to the ODC manager. The ODC Manager will then choose the appropriate delivery resources to evaluate and quantify the task to be executed by the ODC on behalf of Omniscient. He will be responsible for ensuring the success of the development process. |

| Authorization |
|
| Once the identified task has been quantified, the client Task Owner will provide the necessary details to the client management. The client will formally initiate the task through a Task Initiation Note, sent to the Omniscient Business Development Manager who will in turn communicate it to the ODC Manager. |

| Execution |
|
| ODC Manager will form a team that will be responsible for the implementation of the approved Task. The Task will then commence and be executed as per the agreed upon timelines and the effort estimates. |

| Delivery |
|
| A Delivery schedule will be formulated during the execution phase. On successful completion of the initiated tasks, the source code will be delivered to the Client through as per the mutually agreed upon delivery schedule. |

| Acceptance |
|
| The code delivery phase will be followed by the code acceptance phase during which the Omniscient onsite manager and the client task owner will perform the required user acceptance testing and if it is found to meet the requirements and quality standards, will convey his acceptance to the client. |

| Task Performance & Monitoring |
|
| The ODC manager will continuously monitor the performance of the ODC development team and will report the progress to the onsite coordinator who in turn communicates with the client. The client will evaluate the ODC performance against client expectations and shall give the necessary feedback to the onsite manager. This shall be through scheduled weekly conference calls between them. Similarly, the Team Leads / Task Delivery Team shall hold weekly scheduled conference calls with the respective Client Team Leads / Task Owner to keep them updated about the progress of the tasks |
